RV Park Map

Where can I get a map made of my RV park?

Four options, and they produce quite different things at quite different prices.

Short answer

Four options. A park map company draws it, prints it, and ships it, usually free to the park when local businesses sponsor it, or bought outright if you would rather have no ads. A freelance illustrator draws a file for $400 to $1,500 and you arrange printing yourself. A local sign shop can do a large board for the entrance but usually not a guest handout. Or you draw it yourself, which works for a small park and rarely looks like it was done by a designer. We are the first kind, and we have been doing it since 1986.

What to send whoever draws it

A site list with numbers and types, and an aerial photo, a plat, or even a hand sketch on paper. That is genuinely all we need to start. Everything else, the rules, the camp information, your colors and logo, comes later during the proof.

How ours works

You send the site list and a photo. We draw the map, lay out your rules and camp information in your words, and send a proof. You mark changes, we make them, and nothing prints until you say it is right. Local businesses near the park buy the advertising, which covers design, printing, and shipping. If the spots do not fill, or you would rather have no advertisers, you can buy the maps outright and we quote it by park.

What to look at before choosing

Ask to see real maps they have made, and look at whether site numbers are readable at handout size. A map that looks good on a screen and unreadable in a truck cab has failed at the only thing it needed to do. Ours are here, front and back.
