Can I get a free map for my RV park?
Usually yes. It depends on whether there are businesses near you that want your guests, and there almost always are.
Short answer
Usually yes. Local businesses near your park buy the ad spots, and that covers design, printing, and shipping, so the park pays nothing and reorders are free. What has to be true is that there are enough businesses within reach of your park that want campers as customers, which is true for most parks near a town. If the spots do not fill, we tell you and you choose: wait for the next round of sales, or buy the maps outright at a price we quote by park.
What makes it work
Your guests arrive in town not knowing where anything is. A restaurant, a laundromat, an RV repair shop, a propane dealer, a golf cart rental, a hair salon. Each of those wants to be the one your camper finds first. They buy a spot for twelve months, and their money pays for your map.
What the park agrees to
Three things. Hand the maps out at check-in, which you would do anyway. Let us put the advertisers in the guide. And give us the rules and camp information you want printed. That is the whole arrangement; there is no contract that ties up your park.
When it does not fill
Occasionally a park is remote enough that there are not enough businesses within reach. When that happens we tell you rather than leaving you waiting. You can wait for the next round of sales, or buy the run outright and have a guide with no advertisers in it at all, which some parks prefer anyway.
What you get
A map of your park drawn from your site list, your rules and camp information in your words, a proof you approve, printed guides shipped to your office, and a digital copy for your website. See what they look like.
