RV Park Map
For RV parks and campgrounds

A printed map of your park, free with local sponsors.

We draw your park from your site list, add your rules and camp information, print a run of guides, two pages, four, or eight depending on the park, and ship them to your office. Local businesses buy the ads in the guide and cover the cost. Prefer no ads? Buy the maps outright and we quote it by park.

What you get.

  • A custom map of your park. Every site numbered, pull-throughs and back-ins marked, restrooms, showers, laundry, dump station, playground, pool, office, and anything else your guests look for.
  • Your park rules. Check-in and check-out times, quiet hours, pets, fires, speed limit, generators, parking. Printed, so the same answer goes to every guest.
  • Camp information. WiFi name and password, laundry hours, showers, supplies, emergency contact, and your own local recommendations.
  • The small things guests ask. A "Your site number" box the office fills in at check-in, important phone numbers, and mileage to town.
  • The right size for your park. A two-page sheet for a small park, a folded four-page guide, or an eight-page directory for a resort with a lot to say. Same map, same rules, more room.
  • A print run, shipped to you. Guides your camphost hands out at check-in. On sponsored maps, reorders are free.
  • A digital copy. The map as a file for your website, your booking page, and your confirmation emails.

Who pays for it.

Restaurants, shops, and services near your park sponsor spots in the guide. Their sponsorships cover the design, the printing, and the shipping. In return, their ad rides next to your rules and your camphost mentions them at check-in. Your guests get a ready-made list of where to eat and what to do. That is the arrangement most parks choose, and it has worked since 1986.

Some parks would rather have no advertisers in the guide. That works too: you buy the maps outright, the guide carries your rules and camp information only, and we quote the run by park. The same is true if we cannot fill the spots near your park. Either way you get the same map.

What we need from you.

  1. A site list and an aerial photo

A site list with numbers and types, and an aerial photo, plat, or even a hand sketch. A phone photo of the map on your office wall works.

  2. Your rules and camp information

Whatever you tell guests at check-in now. WiFi, laundry, showers, quiet hours, pets, fires, the emergency number, and the places you send people for dinner.

  3. Your approval of the proof

We send a proof of the map and the guide. You mark changes, we fix them, and it goes to print. Guides ship to your office.

Fewer questions at the office.

The map answers where the site is, what the WiFi is, and when quiet hours start before the guest asks. The advertisers give your staff a ready answer to where to eat and where to get propane.

  • Repeat visits
  • Fewer office questions
  • Better reviews
  • Guests spend locally

Questions from parks.

Is there a catch to a free RV park map?

No. Advertisers pay for the printed campground map. The park agrees to hand the map to guests at check-in and to let staff point guests to the advertisers. That is what the advertisers are paying for. If you would rather have no advertisers, you can buy the maps outright instead.

Can we get the map without any advertisers?

Yes. Some parks want the back for rules and camp information only. You buy the print run and we quote it by park, based on the number of maps. The map itself is the same either way. We also offer this when we cannot fill the advertising spots near a park.

Can the park choose which businesses advertise on its map?

Yes. If a business does not fit your RV park, tell us and we will not place them. Most parks give us a list of local restaurants, stores, and services they already recommend, and our sales team starts there.

What if our campground changes after the map is printed?

New RV sites, a new bathhouse, a new rule: send it over and we update the park map on the next print run. Map reorders always print the current version.

How long does a custom RV park map take?

Drawing and proofing the campground map usually take a few weeks. Then our sales team fills the advertising spots, and the map goes to print. Ask for a date when you request the map and we will give you a real one.

How many printed maps come in a run, and what does a reorder cost?

A print run is sized to your yearly guest count so the office does not run out mid-season. On sponsored maps, reorders are free. On maps a park bought outright, reprints are quoted at the same per-map price. Use the map reorder form or call.

Do you also build RV park websites?

Not here. Our sister company, RV Park Sites, builds RV park websites for a flat monthly price and puts the campground map on your site.
