RV Park Map

Can I reorder maps when I run out?

Yes, and on sponsored maps there is no charge. The only thing that catches parks out is asking too late.

Short answer

Yes. On sponsored maps, reorders are free for the twelve months the advertising runs. Use the reorder form, tell us how many you need, and we ship to your office. Allow two to three weeks. The mistake parks make is waiting until the box is empty in the middle of July; ask when you are down to about a month's supply and you will never run out. If you bought the maps outright, reorders are quoted at the reprint price.

How to reorder

Use the reorder form or call. Tell us the park, how many you need, and whether anything has changed. If your rules, rates, or site numbering have changed, say so and we will update before reprinting rather than sending out something stale.

When to ask

When you are down to about a month's supply. Two to three weeks for printing and shipping means asking at the last box is cutting it fine, particularly in June and July when print schedules are busiest.

How many to order

Roughly your expected check-ins for the period, plus a margin. Most parks hand one to every arriving rig. If you also give them to day visitors or leave a stack at the office counter, allow for that.

If something has changed

Tell us at reorder time. Rule changes, a new site block, a phone number, or a rate change can all be updated before the reprint. On a sponsored guide the advertisers are locked for their twelve months, but your own content is not.
